The Gali Weddings Wedding Photography Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is organized and administered by Gali Weddings (the "Sponsor"), located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Terms and Conditions.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Must be a legal resident of Ontario, Canada.
Must have a confirmed wedding date between Nov 2026 - Jan 2029
Must have a confirmed wedding venue or provide accurate wedding location details.
The wedding must take place within 150 km of Yonge and Bloor Toronto, Ontario.
Must not have an existing signed photography agreement with another wedding photographer.
Must provide accurate and complete information when entering.
Must be available to use the photography services on the confirmed wedding date, subject to verification of availability by Gali Weddings.
Employees, contractors, photographers, videographers, representatives, and immediate family members of Gali Weddings are not eligible to participate.
Gali Weddings reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on Friday Oct 23, 2026 and closes on Dec 31 2027, Eastern Time.
Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
The winners will be selected on or approximately beginning of every new month.
3. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase or payment is necessary to participate.
To enter, participants must:
Visit the official Gali Weddings Giveaway page.
Complete the entry form with their full name, email address, phone number, wedding date, wedding venue, and other required wedding details.
Confirm that the information provided is accurate.
Agree to these Official Giveaway Rules and Terms and Conditions.
Submit the entry before the closing deadline.
Limit one (1) entry per person and wedding.
Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or misleading entries may be disqualified.
Submitting an entry does not guarantee selection as a winner or availability of photography services.
4. GRAND PRIZE
Eligible winners will receive a complimentary 10-Hour Wedding Photography Package from Gali Weddings.
The Grand Prize includes:
Up to 10 consecutive hours of professional wedding photography coverage on one wedding date.
30 min Engagement Photoshoot to be done in the GTA area
One professional wedding photographer from Gali Weddings.
Professional editing of selected wedding photographs.
Delivery of the completed photographs through an online gallery.
Pre-wedding planning and photography consultation.
Approximate retail value: $3,500 CAD.
The Grand Prize covers the photography services specifically listed above.
The Prize has no cash value for redemption purposes and cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or transferred to another person.
5. PRIZE EXCLUSIONS
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the following are not included in the Grand Prize:
Wedding videography or cinematic films.
Additional photographers or videographers.
Photography coverage exceeding 10 consecutive hours.
Wedding albums, photo books, physical prints, or framing.
Additional premium editing, advanced retouching, or special editing requests.
Travel or accommodation outside the designated service area.
Parking fees, venue admission charges, permits, or mandatory location fees.
Rescheduling charges or additional expenses resulting from wedding date or location changes.
Any additional products or services not expressly listed in the Grand Prize description.
Any additional services requested by the winner are subject to availability and Gali Weddings' regular pricing.
No purchase of additional products or services is required to receive the Grand Prize.
6. WEDDING DATE AND AVAILABILITY
The Grand Prize is valid only for an eligible wedding occurring within the specified wedding date range.
The winner must provide an accurate wedding date, venue, and location.
Once the Prize has been awarded and a photography agreement has been signed, any requests to change the wedding date or venue must be submitted in writing and approved by Gali Weddings.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in forfeiture of the Prize if Gali Weddings is unable to accommodate the revised arrangements.
7. WINNER SELECTION
Potential Grand Prize winners will be selected through a random drawing from all valid and eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, before being declared the official winner.
All eligibility requirements must be satisfied before the Prize is awarded.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided during entry.
Gali Weddings will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected entrant.
The selected entrant must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification.
The selected entrant may be required to:
Confirm identity and eligibility.
Verify the wedding date and venue.
Complete the mathematical skill-testing question.
Sign a prize acceptance and eligibility declaration.
Sign a standard wedding photography services agreement consistent with the advertised Prize.
Complete any applicable liability or publicity releases permitted by law.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified period, is ineligible, or does not complete the required verification process, another eligible entrant may be randomly selected.
9. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE AND RESTRICTIONS
The Prize must be accepted as awarded.
It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, resold, or applied as a credit toward another package.
Any photography services beyond those described in the Prize are optional and may be purchased separately.
The Prize is intended for the selected winner's wedding and cannot be applied to another event.
The winner is responsible for coordinating access to photography locations and obtaining necessary venue permissions.
Gali Weddings will not be responsible for limitations imposed by wedding venues, religious institutions, officiants, or event organizers that restrict photography.
The photographer will provide services in accordance with the mutually signed wedding photography agreement.
10. IMAGE DELIVERY AND CREATIVE DISCRETION
Gali Weddings retains professional creative discretion over posing, lighting, photographic style, image selection, and editing.
The number of final photographs may vary depending on the event, schedule, lighting, venue restrictions, weather, and other circumstances.
Delivery timelines, image usage rights, and other photography-related details will be governed by the signed photography agreement.
No particular photograph, pose, moment, or number of photographs is guaranteed unless expressly stated in the signed agreement.
11. ADDITIONAL OFFERS FOR NON-WINNERS
Gali Weddings may choose to provide additional promotional offers or discounts to eligible Giveaway participants who are not selected as the Grand Prize winner.
Any such offer will be communicated separately and will be subject to its own terms, expiration date, eligibility conditions, and availability.
These offers do not constitute additional Giveaway prizes unless expressly designated as such in the Giveaway announcement.
There is no obligation to purchase any products or services to participate in the Giveaway.
12. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact selected entrants, and fulfill the Prize.
Information may include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, wedding dates, venue details, and other information voluntarily submitted.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws and Gali Weddings' Privacy Policy.
Participation in the Giveaway does not automatically constitute consent to receive ongoing promotional or marketing emails.
Where an entrant separately and expressly opts in to receive marketing communications, Gali Weddings may contact that entrant regarding photography packages, promotions, and related services, in accordance with applicable law.
Entrants may withdraw marketing consent through the unsubscribe mechanism provided in promotional messages.
13. PUBLICITY AND PROMOTIONAL USE
Gali Weddings may announce the verified winner's name and general location as reasonably necessary to publicize the Giveaway results, subject to applicable privacy laws.
Any additional use of the winner's image, likeness, wedding photographs, testimonials, or other personal information for advertising or promotional purposes will be subject to appropriate consent and any applicable agreements.
Winning the Giveaway does not automatically require the winner to authorize unrestricted commercial use of wedding photographs.
14. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Gali Weddings reserves the right to verify submitted information and disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, misleading, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
Gali Weddings may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway when necessary due to fraud, technical problems, legal requirements, security concerns, or circumstances that materially compromise its proper administration.
Any changes will be made in accordance with applicable law, and material changes will be communicated through the official Giveaway page.
Gali Weddings will administer the Giveaway fairly and in accordance with the published Official Rules.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gali Weddings is not responsible for lost, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, or unsuccessful entries caused by technical malfunctions, internet interruptions, third-party service failures, or errors outside its reasonable control.
Gali Weddings is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect the delivery of photography services, including severe weather, venue restrictions, government orders, emergencies, or other force majeure events.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Specific service obligations, contingencies, and remedies will be further addressed in the winner's photography services agreement.
16. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This Giveaway is independently administered by Gali Weddings.
It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social media platform.
Entrants understand that information submitted is being provided to Gali Weddings and not to any social media platform.
17. GOVERNING LAW
This Giveaway is governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
18. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge that they have had the opportunity to review these Official Rules and agree to be bound by them.
Entrants acknowledge that participation does not guarantee selection, a Prize, a discount, or a photography booking.
